The coaches know your name. The people training next to you will spot you on a heavy lift and notice when you miss a week.
The workouts scale to your level of fitness. So, a first-timer can train next to someone who's been working out for ten years and both will have a great session.
The membership runs from teenagers to people in their 70s.

An 8-week program of functional fitness, strength and mobility training, built specifically for teenagers.
A supportive environment where teens can build confidence, get fitter and learn new skills alongside others their age. They'll finish the term stronger, both physically and mentally.
Spaces are limited, so register early to secure a spot.

Try us out
If you're local and thinking about joining, your first class is on us. Come along to any class on the schedule and see if it suits you. The coaches will look after you.
If you're visiting Marsden Cove, drop in for $15 a session.
First class
A class runs an hour. When you turn up, the coaches will say hello, and so will the rest of the class. The classes are small, so the coach can keep an eye on everyone and give you a hand when you need it.
We train together and help each other through it. Some people are brand new, some have trained for years. Wherever you're at is fine.
Expect a good hour of training with friendly people who are glad you came.
